Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all US orders! Ships within 2 to 8 business days.
Please contact us if you live outside of this area. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please reach out before placing your order if you need faster shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days after the order is delivered. Anything returned after 30 days of delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can choose to get a refund or to get a new product of the same value.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note: It can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account after the refund has been processed.

We take great care in how your items are shipped, however if your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage to hello@juneteeze.com and we will replace it for you.

Cancellations
